Jeremy Miller: St. Louis Homicide No. 105; Found Dead in Backyard

A body found lying in a backyard in the 8600 block of Church Road (below) in far north St. Louis yesterday has been identified as 25-year-old Jeremy Miller.

Police say nearby neighbors heard gunshots the previous night -- November 3 -- but didn't call in the disturbance until finding the body around 11 a.m. yesterday. Miller, of the 9700 block of Baltimore, had been shot in the back and was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation is ongoing.
