Kenneth Gooch Accused of Exposing Himself to Teenage Girls

Maplewood Police say Kenneth Gooch, 48, of the 2500 block of Gerhard Avenue, has really been enjoying himself on his porch during the milder weather. The police allege that on Tuesday a pair of 16-year-old girls walked by his house and noticed that Gooch had exposed himself and was busy masturbating.

The girls maintained enough composure to get home. Maybe that's because this is purportedly not the first time Gooch got loose. One of the girls claims he had done the same thing last week when she passed his house. When she told her parents about the first incident, they opted to not involve the police.

Tuesday's alleged reprise spurred the parents to contact authorities.

The St. Louis County Prosecutor's office charged Gooch Wednesday with three counts of sexual misconduct and one count of second degree indecent exposure. He's being held on $15,000 bail.
