Man in a Halloween Mask Robs St. Peters Steak N Shake

Police are looking to identify two men following an early morning robbery at a Steak N Shake in St. Peters.

The crime occurred just before 3 a.m. at the store's location at 1460 Jungermann Road. According to police, the suspect went straight to the bathroom upon arrival, then emerged wearing a Halloween mask and pointing a gun.

The man walked into the kitchen area and demanded money; when employees complied he fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately twenty years old, between 5'8" and 6'0", with a stocky build.

The second man police are hoping to identify is listed as a person of interest. Police say he spent two hours alone inside the restaurant before leaving minutes prior to the robbery. He is estimated also to be about twenty years old, and is described as tall and skinny.
