All fun and games 'till someone takes her shirt off.

Daily RFT's bureau chief in Mattoon, Illinois, is reporting some curiosities in our favorite little eastern Illinois hamlet.

According to reports, the town's Villa Nova Bar & Grill was slapped with a fine this week for allowing patrons to ride the tavern's mechanical bull in various states of undress.

Villa Nova manager Kevin Parrot tells Urbana-Champaign's WICD-TV that customers were not completely in the buff, but acknowledged that a few women did take their shirts off on the ride.

Hello? Alton topless dive bars? Your move.
