NASCAR Fans, Equipped by Energizer, Demolish Flashlight-Related World Record

Sure, it was a marketing gimmick. But we have to give St. Louis-based Energizer credit for putting a lot of resources into such a frivolous activity: breaking the world record for the number of flashlights lit at the same time in the same place.

In this case, some 65,000 NASCAR fans at the Charlotte Motor Speedway lit up their LED headlights before a race Saturday. (The previous record was a measly 1,000.) Check out the vid below.
