It's Monday, December 14. Happy

Trans-Siberian Orchestra at the Scottrade Center
Trans-Siberian Orchestra played the Scottrade Center on Saturday night and music writer Ryan Wasoba has
this review of the show. (Photo from a 2007 show, via Wikipedia.)
A teaser from Wasoba's review:
TSO's inherent shock value carried the first half of its set. Melodies
from "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "O Holy Night" were seamlessly woven
into an instru-metal medley that soundtracked the evening's most epic
and epileptic light display. My view of the green laser mountains were
only blocked by the dude six rows up throwing up a pair of unironic
devil horns. Read the full review here.
Thursday & Dillinger Escape Plan at Pop's
On Saturday night, emotional hardcore fans got to see two long-running bands at Pop's: Thursday and Dillinger Escape Plan. Music writer Shae Moseley was in the audience and brings back this
show recap. Concert photographer Todd Owyoung was by the stage and brings back these photos from the show:
