Rex Sinquefield Gives $3.9 Million to Earnings Tax Repeal; Has Now Given $10.7 Million

With yesterday's gift of $3.9 million, financier Rex Sinquefield has now given in excess of $10 million to his pet project of overturning the earnings tax in St. Louis and Kansas City.

Perhaps Sinquefield didn't like that poll last week predicting his Proposition A will fail in November. Is $4 million enough to change the tide? Who knows. Though this we can say: Sinquefield didn't earn his millions by making bad investments.
