5. Zack Stovall - @ZStovall -- comedian/weirdo

We're still not quite sure what Zack Stovall does for a living -- standup comedy? Sell cartoons? Breakdance on cardboard? No matter. He'll find some nonsense to tweet. Always.

I have a roommate whose sole purpose for living in the house is to shout "GAWD BLESS THIS MESS" whenever I take my clothes off. Worth it.

4. Jennifer Joyce -- @JenniferJoyceCA -- Circuit Attorney in the City of St. Louis

Clearly, Jennifer Joyce aims to steal our hearts: Not only is she reaching out to the news media more and more, and not only does her cell phone rock to the ringtone of Stevie Wonder's "Living for the City." She's also been tweeting up a storm.

I sang Happy Birthday to receptionist Jo Barbeau today, and she didn't resign.Now THAT'S dedication!
