Slutwalk St. Louis Returns to The Grove July 14

Last year's Slutwalk St. Louis made a splash when dozens of scantily clad women (and a few men) marched down Manchester Avenue in The Grove to protest sexual violence.

And because sexual violence continues even after last year's protest, organizers will once again march this year with the message: "Just because she/he is dressed like a "slut", doesn't mean she/he is asking for it."

The event scheduled for Saturday, July 14, will also include education workshops, speakers from sexual assault prevention programs, and -- yes -- an obligatory burlesque show.
