St. Louis Named Worst City for New College Grads

That's according to the Huffington Post, which recently named the U.S. cities it thinks are the best and worst for new graduates to land jobs.

In its in-depth, highly scientific reporting (please note the sarcasm there) the website states:

"The 'Gateway to the West' has been bleeding residents since 1950. The city added 5,000 jobs last month -- due in large part to construction season and a new casino opening -- but unemployment still hovers at 9.5 percent."

That's it. That's all the explanation they give. But, hey, St. Louisans, don't feel that bad. Huffington Post also includes New York City and Los Angeles among its five worst cities for graduates.
