Anyone out there subscribe to STLtoday.com's email list-serve for "Breaking News"? If so, then you, too, were treated to the following couplet this morning.

The first arrived in my inbox at 10:21 and read, "Breaking News: Colemans had drugs in bodies before murders."

The second followed five minutes later (10:26 a.m.) with this rather glaring revision: "Breaking News CORRECTION: Colemans had NO drugs in bodies before murders."

So which are we to believe?

Turns out the website got it right the second time. A coroner's inquest has found that Sheri Coleman and her two sons, Garett and Gavin, died from strangulation on the morning of May 5. No drugs were found in their system.

In related news, anyone catch KMOV's (Channel 4's) special report last night on alleged killer, Christopher Coleman's, mistress in Florida? Personally, I wasn't all the impressed with the "first video footage" the station claimed to get of Coleman's lover, Tara Lintz.
