The Big Bloody: Body Found In Forest Park Identified; Police Say He Was Murdered

Police have identified the body found Monday morning in Forest Park as that of Willard Bryant Payne, 26, of St. Louis. Payne's body was lying face down near the entrance of the John F. Kennedy Forest off Wells Drive in the south side of the park (near the zoo).

Police didn't label Payne's death a homicide yesterday, but today they are. The police reportedly have two people in custody for Payne's death but are not releasing the suspects' names or motive at this time.
