Summer 2011. Let's say you enter Hopeville from the north side, from Mullanphy Street, a couple of blocks east of First Street. On the left is a big sign that reads "Welcome to Hopeville, USA."

So begins RFT contributing artist Tim Lane's illustrated look at Hopeville, a homeless camp on the St. Louis riverfront just north of downtown.
