We're no judge and jury, but things don't look good at all for  18-year-old Clem Keveion Russell and 22-year-old Karon Tyrone Hardin.

You'll recall our mention yesterday of the Jack-in-the-Box robbery that took place on Tuesday night at 4201 South Kingshighway.  At about 10:30 pm, two young men walking in, trying to conceal their faces with hoods.

Surveillance video showed that one young man was wearing a grey sweatshirt with a blue hood and red/black/white Adidas kicks. The other young man, who was gripping a .40-caliber semi-automatic with a silver slide, was wearing Rock Revival jeans with blue plaid boxer shorts.

They took money from two different registers and fled.

About two hours later, according to the circuit attorney's probable cause statements (here and here), police found Russell and Hardin and their 1999 Pontiac Grand Am.

They tried, and failed, to conceal a 40.-caliber handgun with a silver slide in the car. The cops found that.

Hardin happened to be wearing the same kind of Adidas as seen in the video; his gray sweatshirt with a blue hood was in the car.

Russell happened to be wearing Rock Revival Jeans, and the blue plaid boxer shorts.

Most damningly, they were carrying amount of cash between them that equaled the money stolen from the restaurant.

What else do you need to know?

Both have been charged with felony first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.

The latest on Casenet is that they were arraigned about an hour ago.
