So today I received two separate press releases about mall exhibits coming to St. Louis this week and next. On their own, neither merits much mention. But together? Oh my, the synergy they offer!
The first -- opening today at St. Louis Mills -- is an exhibit titled "The Faces of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" that showcases photos of people suffering from this illness and its resultant exhaustion.
The second event -- beginning May 2 at West County Center -- is a Fox Reality Channel interactive experience that allows participants to pretend they're on American Idol and take a Househusbands of Hollywood quiz!
"You don't want to miss this mind-blowing event!" reads the Fox press release.
Chronic fatigue syndrome. Yawn. Reality TV. Double yawn. You see where I'm going with this?
