St. Louis remembers well how Ferguson and neighboring Dellwood erupted in chaos after the announcement that then-Ferguson Police officer Darren Wilson wouldn't face criminal charges for fatally shooting unarmed black teen Michael Brown.
After weeks of pleas from officials and store owners not to damage local businesses in the grand jury aftermath, arson, looting and gunshots began quickly after St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch announced that Wilson was not indicted.

Almost two months later, St. Louis County Police are asking for help identifying dozens of people who spurred the chaos by breaking into Dellwood Market, at 1621 Chambers Road in Dellwood, to steal cigarettes, snacks and drinks.
Police released surveillance video footage and photos of each of the 182 suspected looters on Wednesday:
The gripping video starts with a man ripping the metal gate off the market's door and tossing it aside. After two minutes of fruitless attempts to break the door down, the gathering crowd starts kicking in the side window until it shatters, unleashing a flood of people into the store.
Some wear masks while others hide under hoods, but many make no attempt to shield their faces from the cameras. Now the police are broadcasting their pictures in hopes of identifying them.
Police said they've identified suspects from surveillance footage from Dellwood Market and neighboring businesses but haven't yet made arrests. Police plan to release similar videos weekly in hopes of identifying more rioters.
"We really want to take the time for the public to look at each video each week," says police spokesman officer Shawn McGuire to USA Today. "We are giving every business an opportunity for the public to help them and to help us."
