Awww. Look! A baby giraffe! How cute!

The Post-Dispatch has some painfully adorable footage of the St. Louis Zoo's new baby giraffe, a little dude called Desi who was born a few weeks ago.

Check it out: there are plenty of shots of Desi nursing and cavorting, and cute -- but significantly less tall -- human babies ogling Desi. Nice work, Huy Mach!

A friend of ours recently and coincidentally opined on Facebook that girls in high heels on cobblestones look like baby giraffes, and now we can observe and decide for ourselves.
