Poor, poor Clifton Williams.

The Illinois man was attending his cousin's drug sentencing in a Joliet, Illinois, courtroom when he let out an enormous yawn.

The ill-timed exhale so angered Will County Judge Daniel Rozak that he sentenced Williams to six months in jail for criminal contempt.

Williams' cousin, meanwhile, got just two years probation for his drug offense.

In a letter quoted in the Chicago Tribune, Williams writes: "I really can't believe I'm in jail. I done set (sic) in this [expletive] a week so far for nothing."
