Citizens: an Onion writer lurks in your midst.

Or such is our theory. For at least the third time in 2009, that venerable fake news organ has run a story bearing the dateline, "ST. LOUIS." Consider the following:

Exhibit A: "Bar Owner Cannot Fucking Believe He Actually Sponsored An Adult Kickball Team" (05/30/09)

Exhibit B: "No One in Stadium Quite Sure Why Muhammad Ali Being Honored" (08/21/09)

And then, earlier this week:

Exhibit C: "Man Not Belonging To Movie's Target Demographic Escorted From Theater By Hollywood Officials" (09/21/09)

Check out a screen shot of the newest story after the jump.

Sure, it's possible some Onion writer is just getting St. Louis information on the Internets. Sometimes even we do that (sometimes).

But if you're out there listening, mystery-St. Louisan-Onion-writer: Be not afraid! Draw yourself out of the shadows and show thy face!
