On Friday night, Canadian garage-rock duo the Japandroids played the Billiken Club on the Saint Louis University campus. Matthew Jackson was there and brings back this concert review, while Jason Stoff was there and has this photo essay from the show.

Lure nightclub on Washington Avenue plays host to a variety guests who swing through town and on Saturday night, the spotlight was on Krista Ayne, former Penthouse and Rolling Stone cover subject and now a star on a late-night Cinemax series, Life on Top.
