St. Louis police say Moore, of the 5100 block of Enright, pulled up to the intersection around 8:09 p.m. Wednesday. While stopped at the light, a gray, late-model vehicle pulled up alongside Moore's car. Moments later shots rang out from the gray vehicle, striking Moore in the head.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation is ongoing.

Court records indicate that a man with the same name and age of Moore pleaded guilty in St. Louis Circuit Court this past March for marijuana possession, driving with a revoked license and unlawful use of a weapon.
