"Alligator Found" Sign Seems Awesome, Until You Call & Realize You've Been Had

Saw this scotch-taped to the front door of Brennan's Wine, Food & Tobacco:

When you call the (local!) number, you're greeted by some recorded dude from "The Adventure Company" who blathers on about coming to St. Louis soon for a "photo experience."

Now we feel used and cheap. And yes, we do realize we're probably playing right into their hands. But man. That would've been so awesome if a real alligator had been on the loose. Screw you, Adventure Company.

Screw. You.
