Bruce W. Price was arrested last Friday after he was allegedly caught red-handed leaving an unoccupied home on the 200 block of West Garfield Street in Belleville. He was charged yesterday with felony burglary.

It's hardly the 43-year-old's first run-in with the law in St. Clair County. Court records show he has multiple arrests -- with most charges eventually dismissed -- for crimes ranging from assault to shoplifting.
