St. Louis City Has Some Really Definite Plans to Roll Out Curbside Recycling

St. Louis is finally joining the late-twentieth century and getting residential pickup recycling! Well, that is the plan. It's just taking a little time.

The city has released a chart that shows when each ward is scheduled to get blue recycling dumpsters and roll carts. The dates have been set at the discretion of the alderpeople. It looks like most of them are really, really serious about this recycling thing.
