In case you hadn't heard, there's only a week and change left in this grand 'ole year of two-thousand-and-ten. Of course, it's impossible that you hadn't heard, since the internet abounds with year-end lists, ours included

Well, we here at Daily RFT have found a way for you to get in on the year-in-review fun, too! Get even more excited: It takes minimal effort and it's really pretty.

If you have a FourSquare account, head over to Where Do You Go, log in and enter your city, and watch as pretty colors pop up and create a heat map of where you've been based on your FourSquare check-ins. Pretty cool! The above map is a portion of Daily RFT-er Kase Wickman's, and it's pretty easy to tell where home is, where work is, where play is, all that. Neat!

If you don't have FourSquare, sorry. You'd better find another way to kill office time on this joyous Christmas Eve eve eve. Here's a suggestion: Sign up for FourSquare and friend the RFT Street Team! Then, next year you can make your very own heat map, and also benefit from the tips and tricks of the coolest cats in town. Problem solved.
