Cable Company: "Time For People To Stop Apologizing for Loving TV"

Forget what you hear about television watching contributing to obesity and impacting brain development. And never mind the report out this week that watching the boob tube hastens your death.

Television is good. Specifically it is "amazing" and "the one perfect thing that's keep getting better." How do we know this? Our cable company tell us so.
 
So, what do you think? Does the St. Louis-based Charter Communications have it right, or wrong?
