Herbert Boclair: St. Louis Homicide No. 40; Shot Sunday in North St. Louis

St. Louis police found 22-year-old Herbert Boclair lying on the ground Sunday at 9 p.m. near the intersection of Natural Bridge and Grand. He'd been shot at least once and was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

According to police, Boclair was actually shot in the 2300 block of Angelica (above), some five blocks from where they found him. Boclair, of the 3800 block of Greer, had been in an argument with an acquaintance when he was shot on Angelica Street. He then managed to drive himself to the Natural Bridge and Grand. Police say they have strong leads but have made no arrest yet.
