Dewayne Hunter: St. Louis Homicide No. 62; Found Shot to Death Inside His Home

St. Louis police aren't exactly sure when Dewayne Hunter was shot inside his home just north of Fairground Park. It could have happened as early as 11 p.m. this past Sunday or as late as 1:30 p.m. Monday.

Regardless, by the time police arrived Monday afternoon the 42-year-old Hunter lay dead, a victim of gunshots to his chest and side. Hunter, of the 4200 block of Verne (above), was discovered in the rear of his home. Police say they that no suspects or witnesses have been located.
