Ten-year-old Drajohntae Davison is safe today after taking a long and leisurely walk alone through south St. Louis.

Drajohntae ran from Shaw School in the city's The Hill neighborhood around 12:30 p.m. yesterday. According to reports, Drajohntae -- a special needs student -- may have been scared off by a loud noise at the school.

What followed was a nearly nine-hour manhunt, as a police helicopter and K-9 unit searched the city for the child. Finally, around 9:15 p.m., a motorist called to report a child wandering alone near the intersection of Weber Road and Interstate 55. That's about 5.6 miles away from Shaw School (5329 Columbia Avenue).

Here's a possible route outlining Drajohntae's travels...
