Kaelin Gilmore-Mitchell: Teen Shot Dead in Black Jack

St. Louis County police have identified the person found shot to death yesterday morning in the 11600 block of Carolview (right) in Black Jack.

Sixteen-year-old Kaelin Gilmore-Mitchell was discovered around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday lying in a common ground area in the neighborhood. As of yesterday, police didn't have a suspect or motive in the death of the teenager, who police say lived in north St. Louis County.
