The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office filed charges yesterday of sexual misconduct, attempted enticement of a child and witness tampering against 48-year-old Clarence Cannon, a teacher at Blow Middle School in St. Louis.

According to the probable cause statement, during school on January 31st Cannon asked a fourteen-year-old B.W. to "touch herself" in front of him and then exposed his penis to the teen. The next day, Cannon allegedly attempted to give the girl money in exchange for her not telling anyone that he had exposed himself to her and asked her to touch her genitals.
