Three black men ages 22, 24 and 27 were driving in the 2500 block of Arlington Avenue at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday when someone started shooting at their car. The 22-year-old man was hit in the upper left back during the fusillade; his companions drove him to the hospital where he's now in stable condition. The victims told police that the shooter was in the right rear passenger seat of a black Pontiac Grand Prix with tinted windows, but could give no further identifying information. Police continue to investigate the assault.
