Police were summoned to the 7200 block of St. Andrews just after 9 p.m. last night for a reported shooting. When they arrived they discovered the suspected shooter had barricaded himself in a house and refused to leave. Police say there are victims, but are not disclosing the nature of those injuries or how they were sustained.

A police tactical team was preparing to enter the home when the suspect surrendered. He's reportedly a male teenager. More details on the incident are expected to be revealed at a 10 a.m. police press conference.
