The 2015 Tomcats calendar is Tenth Life's first foray into steamy photo shoots with dreamy babes, but it won't be the last.

"It was way too much fun not to do it again," says Elizabeth Frick, founder and executive director of Tenth Life, a St. Louis shelter for stray cats. "Can you beat hanging out in a studio with sexy men and kittens?"

Frick says the group thinking about making a calendar featuring stories of special-needs cats or adoption "success stories" when a friend of Frick's suggested posing cats with sexy male models instead.

"We thought it would be funny to have really sexy men with cuddly little kittens and looking really vulnerable," Frick says. All of the male models agreed to donate their time (and devastatingly good looks) to the calendar. "It ended up really great, the guys were very enthusiastic."

Photographers, stylists and hair and makeup artists all also donated time and talents to the project so that all $20 (or $15 if you order by September 30) goes to the shelter.
