Video of 'Typical South City Dumpster' Exposes Our Weekend Plans

Posted By on Fri, Feb 15, 2019 at 6:39 PM

Well, this is embarrassing. It looks like we've all made the same plans to survive the latest P.O.S. winter storm. How awkward. This is worse than wearing the same dress as another guest at a wedding.

South city resident Trevor Matthews captured this scene in his alley earlier today. As the beautiful snow fell, Matthews opened up the lid of a recycling dumpster to reveal .... well, let's just say it's quite the collection of wine bottles.

The people in the comments were quick to judge, but we all have our own ways of dealing with this hellish weather cycle. The winter blues are a real thing. Some of us buy sun lamps. Some of us try to exercise more frequently. And yes, some of us pop some damn corks, okay?

Don't judge until you've walked a mile in our snowshoes. Haven't you heard? It's a National Emergency out there.
