Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, will host Pound & Pour. The full-body drumming workout – which combines cardio conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements – will be held in the winery’s Barrel Room for those 21 years of age and older. Tickets are $15 and includes the workout along with a glass of Cedar Lake Cellars wine or a wine slushie.
