Live Music: Mayor Taylor

Thursdays, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Continues through June 15

Lydia Ruffin, Charlie Pfeffer, and Mike Tiefenbrun create a sumptuous stew of traditional styles, from jazz to folk to spirituals, and a generous dash of original material. Lydia and Charlie have been singing together for more than 30 years, and their voices blend like a salve for the soul. Mike Tiefenbrun's bass stirs the rich sound, along with Charlie's mandolin and Lydia's guitar and ukulele. Mayor Taylor is roots music at its finest - a vocal and acoustic feast. https://www.facebook.com/mayortaylormusicstl/
