Green Door art gallery presents “Retrospective of Mary Engelbreit - Originals Exhibit/Sale which will run from November 1, 2017 thru December 31, 2017 featuring Mary Engelbreit’s original drawings, tiles and pastels on fabric by Deanna Nash, Confluence’s -Wildlife winners, textile art by Bee & Bee and over 35 other artists. Reception will be Friday, November 17, 2017 from 5-9 pm. Thirty other local artists will be exhibiting with artwork including textiles, glass, wood, paintings and much more! Green Door art gallery, located at 21 N. Gore in Old Webster Groves. Hours are Wednesday thru Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 free

BestCellars Events Series will be transforming The Novel Neighbor's event space into a speakeasy for the night. Sip on Prohibition-era cocktails crafted by Sauce Magazine writer, Dee Ryan and enjoy Gatsby-inspired food prepared by pop-up restaurant chef, Robin Wheeler of Subterranean Homemade Foods. Jazz music will be performed by local musicians, including Roya & The High Timers playing classic music from the 1920’s and 1930’s. There will be a photo booth and a screening of the Great Gatsby movie. A portion of the proceeds will go to support area non-profit, We-Stories. Advance tickets required and limited. $50
