    A neighborhood bar and grill with an upscale touch, West End Grill & Pub offers familiar fare with distinctive flourishes. Appetizers include beer-friendly polenta fries and pork empanadas. Entrées feature a whopping one-pound pork porterhouse and an excellent salmon fillet encrusted with coriander seeds and Szechuan peppercorns.     Owner and executive chef Craig Cyr presents a menu bursting with dishes rustic and exotic, clever and comforting.
