New Restaurant

Part of a chain of restaurants fast taking over the nation, our first and only Cheesecake Factory obviously registered as a hit with its debut at the Galleria. What do we take from this addition to the local dining scene? Well, some people really, really like cheesecake. And others enjoy a good pork chop. Or skirt steak. And comfort food, with side dishes like mashed potatoes and asparagus. Mixing and matching a wide variety of entrees and desserts, the populist Cheesecake Factory has enjoyed a strong first year, pacing several acclaimed new eateries.
