The Final Countdown

Stray Dog Theatre opens its twelfth season with a production of Agatha Christie's chiller And Then There Were None. A mysterious host lures ten total strangers, each with a dubious past, to a distant island where they meet, mingle and die one at a time. The tension is heightened as the killer patterns these grisly deaths after a popular nursery rhyme. Christie's baffling and dissonant And Then There Were None is performed at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday (October 9 through 25) at the Tower Grove Abbey (2336 Tennessee Avenue; 314-865-1995 or www.straydogtheatre.org). There is an additional 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday, October 25. Tickets are $20 to $25.
Thursdays-Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Sat., Oct. 25, 2 p.m. Starts: Oct. 9. Continues through Oct. 25, 2014
