In light of this morning's
post on the new
Wonder Woman movie, my esteemed colleague and
calendar pimp Paul Friswold sent me over to this wonderful site,
Superdickery.com. I'm guessing
the sort of stuff its creators have
collected will
not be in the new movie, since we live in more enlightened times. As the
Wired review says:
Men get what's coming to them. Wonder Woman emasculates Trevor
repeatedly, calling him "a pathetic lightweight," and teaches a little
girl a thrust attack so she can take apart boys who won't let her play
swords with them. It's all so much beautiful in-joking. Castration
comes in many flavors in Wonder Woman, and they all taste very cool indeed.
