Wait! It's not that bad! Really.
Richard Feaman lost his leg in a horrible lawnmower accident in September 2009 that he claims cost him $30,000 in medical bills.

Now Feaman is suing those he believes are responsible for his injuries.

And who could that be?

The manufacturer of his riding lawnmower? No. Mother Nature for making the grass grow? No. His wife for nagging him to mow the lawn? No.

The prosthetics company that made his artificial leg?? Bingo!

Feaman recently filed suit in St. Clair County Court in Illinois accusing the firm Fillauer Orthotics & Prosthetics of providing him a prosthetic leg with a faulty locking mechanism. Feaman contends that the leg came loose while he was driving his riding lawnmower on September 2, 2009, causing him to crash.

Feaman sustained injuries to his back and shoulder in the accident. And his leg? It felt like it was missing, which it was.
