Chester Johnson: Berkeley Man Stabbed to Death by His Brother, Kentrell Johnson

Police have identified the man stabbed to death early yesterday morning in the north St. Louis suburb of Berkeley as 33-year-old Chester Johnson.

Authorities responded to Johnson's apartment in the 6700 block of Larry Lane (right) around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday after someone from the residence dialed 911 and then hung up the phone. Johnson's brother, Kentrell Johnson, was arrested on the scene. According to police the siblings had a history of problems.

Kentrell Johnson, 24, was charged yesterday with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
