This is where Tequila Sanford, 26, was fatally shot in the head this morning
When officers arrived on the 6600 block of Oakland Avenue in Dogtown (just south of Forest Park), they found two victims.
The first, 26-year-old Tequila Sanford (a black female), was pronounced dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to the head.
The second victim -- described as a black male in his mid-twenties -- was suffering gunshot wounds to the head.
He was transported to a hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
