This truck was the only vehicle in sight that was moving along 40 Thursday afternoon.
Bye-Bye Highway 40, Hello Highway Dirty
It's been a week since RFT uber-blogger Chad Garrison posted this photo of the dirt rut formerly known as Highway 40 (shot from the newly finished Boland Place overpass in Richmond Heights.) The shot looks directly east, toward Big Bend Boulevard.
