This seems to be the week of pop up dinners -- not that that's a bad thing. See how many restaurants you can hit for Clayton Restaurant Week or preview Mike Randolph's new place. Monday (Jan. 19):

Clayton Restaurant Week @ Downtown Clayton

"Clayton Restaurant Week kicks off today -- this semi-annual celebration of one of St. Louis' growing culinary neighborhoods also gives a chance to sample some normally, ahem, pricey spots for just $25 per person. Each restaurant has slightly different CRW hours and many take online reservations -- you can find our picks here.

Pùblico Preview Dinner @ Half & Half

Mike Randolph's much-anticipated Pùblico is set to open February 6, but you can preview the menu at his other restaurant, Half & Half in Clayton. The menu includes tacos, arepas, confit duck gizzard, sweetbreads and octopus and larger entrees. Door open at 5; menu items will be available for purchase.

Guerrilla Lab Pop Up Dinner @ 33 Wine Shop & Tasting Bar

Food truck star Guerrilla Street Food is hosting a pop up dinner at 33 Wine Shop with five courses of all-new dishes. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person; call 314-231-9463 for reservations.

Tuesday (Jan. 20):

Ashton Cigars & George Dickel Dinner @ Rack House West Winery

Come enjoy an evening of cigars and whiskey. Representatives from Ashton Cigars and George Dickel will both be on hand to answer any questions. There will be a premium surf and turf buffet, and a drink menu using George Dickel whiskey especially chosen to pair well with the cigars. From 7 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $20-$50. Wednesday (Jan. 21):

Modern Brewery Tap Takeover @ Onesto

One of St. Louis' newest craft breweries, the Modern Brewery, is taking over the taps at Onesto Pizza & Trattoria. If you haven't had the chance to try any of Modern's beers, now's the time. There will be six brews on tap, special beer pairings, beer flights and more. You can also meet the brewers. From 5 to 10 p.m. Admission is free.

Chef Girl & Wine Girl: Cheese, Glorious Cheese! @ Dierbergs Bogey Hills

Who can turn down a good wine and cheese pairing? Dierbergs' Chef Girl (Marianne Moore) and STL Wine Girl (Angela Ortmann) are teaching their first in a series of wine and cheese classes. They'll make fried cheese Beggars' Purses, stuffed portabellas, goat cheese truffles, figs with ricotta and honey, caramelized onion crostini and crostini with red wine caramel sauce. From 6 to 8 p.m. Class is $45 per person; register here.

Thursday (Jan. 22):

Kitchen Kulture @ Local Harvest Cafe

Kitchen Kulture's pop-up dinner series continues tonight. Stop by for a casual, locally sourced menu with bar service from Local Harvest. The dishes will be "Asian influenced small plates intended to be mixed, passed, and shared." From 6 to 9 p.m. Reservations not necessary.
