Though the food truck trend is still in its early stages here in St. Louis, it's a full-fledged phenomenon nationally. In other words, the backlash is in full swing. The latest evidence is a Tumblr account, Look at This Fuckin Hipster Food Truck, which pretty much captures the spirit of grungy parking lots, overly colorful trucks and -- Lord help us -- "deconstructed samosas."
