Dr. Decanter: It bothers me when people say, 'I don't like Riesling.' Because everybody likes Riesling. I think they're playing off a stigma that sweet wine is bad. Which is not true. And that Riesling is always sweet. Which is not true.
Pet Peeve #2

Dr. Decanter: I don't like when [customers] put their gum under the table. You're out there moving the tables to clean under them, then all of sudden there's fucking gum on your hand. It's gross.

Dr. Decanter: Sometimes people ask, 'Do you have a restroom?' Yes. Yes, we have a restroom. Who doesn't have a restroom?
