The Block (146 West Lockwood Avenue, Webster Groves; 314-918-7900) is both a neighborhood restaurant and butcher. The first part of the equation is the more interesting one, actually. My review of the Block is now available online, as is Jennifer Silverberg's slideshow of the restaurant.
